The Head of Publishing at CARR, Dr. Eviane Leidig is a postdoctoral fellow on the INTERSECT project at MF Norwegian School of Theology, Religion and Society, and an affiliate at the Center for Research on Extremism (C-REX) at the University of Oslo. Eviane's current research compares the role of women in the far right in India and the West. She looks in particular at female influencers on social media who promote Hindu nationalist and alt-right narratives, respectively, and the transnational connections between these movements.
