Jasmeet Bahia

Jasmeet Bahia is currently a research analyst on the Governance Team for the Strategic Policy team at the Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Branch at Canadian Heritage (PCH). Along with policy priorities related to multiculturalism, promoting Canada’s multiculturalism model, and developing briefings, her team establishes a governance structure model for FTPs on anti-racism and anti-hate. She has been able to lead a multitude of files, which included working with senior leader. Her PhD research focused on the creation of Trumpian communities online. Outside of her dissertation research, my research and publications focus on IBPOC in academic spaces and Canadian society as a whole.
